The restaurant staff are friendly and provide good service. The hotel combines traditional Chinese elements with modern touches. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with access to a lovely backyard garden.

We loved the food and staff. Just a walk down to attractions, including Chenghuang Temple.

The location of the Chengde Imperial Mountain Resort is perfect, right next to the mountain resort. The hotel is beautifully designed and the traditional courtyard layout adds to the charm. The landscaping is gorgeous and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with great amenities like fluffy towels and comfortable linens. The hotel also offers a private dining room with delicious meals. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel.

Our stay in this beautifully renovated hotel was amazing. The historic environment was unique and the traditional courtyard setting was breathtaking.
