This hotel is the epitome of luxury. From the exclusive amenities to the impeccable service, every need was fulfilled. the lush garden area provides a serene backdrop for relaxation, while the private facilities are a true indulgence. the restaurant served exquisite cuisine with a fusion of international and local delicacies that exceeded all expectations. the room advantages were top-notch with plush furnishings and a spacious layout that exuded sophistication. the location advantages were also impressive, with easy access to local attractions and exquisite views of the surrounding landscape.
The only minor issue was the lack of English proficiency among the staff. Although well-intentioned, there were instances where communication posed a challenge.

Our stay in this beautifully renovated hotel was amazing. The historic environment was unique and the traditional courtyard setting was breathtaking. The location was ideal, and we appreciated the proximity to a lovely park. The gardens in the hotel were delightful, and the personnel were extremely helpful.
One of the main disadvantages of this hotel was the spotty wifi, although the wired connections in the rooms made it more bearable. Another issue was that the breakfast menu descriptions in English were a bit limited, but the food was absolutely delicious, and we quickly figured it out.

We stayed in a hotel located on the mountains, sharing the garden with the ancient buildings that used to be part of a palace complex. the hotel had a nice location for those who want to visit the temples and had helpful staff for getting a taxi. the room was quite comfortable with big beds and modern facilities in a Chinese style. the hotel also offered a delicious breakfast with good service.
Although the location and room were quite good, some parts of the hotel were understaffed, leaving us without enough assistance when needed.

The hotel had a nice view and was located in a quiet area. They offered complementary robes and slippers, which were convenient to use. The hotel was also located near tourist attractions and local restaurants, making it easy to explore without having to travel far.
The customer service was below average, the staff was not attentive, and some seemed uninterested in their job. Their lack of enthusiasm affected our romantic escape, and the hotel lacked options for couples looking for romantic activities.

The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the Summer palace. It is situated in a beautiful garden area that is even more colorful and better maintained than the Summer palace itself. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, with great fluffy towels and bed linens. The staff are all friendly and accommodating.
All good.

Luxurious amenities such as an exquisite private garden area combined with pristine room interiors offer a high-end experience even for the most demanding guests. the staff is attentive and accommodating, ensuring a pleasurable stay in the serene location adjacent to the impressive Emperor's summer resort. the perfect place to relax and unwind.
While the majority of the services were of high quality, the restaurant menu was limited, minimizing food choices.
